How can I find out what opportunities are coming up or available?

Put simply, regular engagement. Our aim is to update you on the latest opportunities via events, newsletters and via the website opportunities pages directly. The more you engage with the team, the easier you will find it to keep in the loop with everything going on across the County.

What can I do to increase my chances of being invited to tender?

We encourage organisations to make opportunity requirements as clear as possible when they are listed, but there are a few things you can do to increase your chances:

  • Register your organisation on the portal
  • Make sure you have listed your capabilities on your profile, as well as uploading any evidence such as relevant certifications
  • Engagement via events and workshops is crucial in order to meet the ‘right’ people
  • Continue your own business development activities to find out which contractors might need your services. Remember, the team can often help with pointing you in the right direction of organisations and relevant contacts.
I have a question about a specific opportunity. Who should I speak to?

Each of the opportunities listed on the Suffolk Supply Chain will have contact information for the relevant person within the organisation. Please use the platform to send a message to this contact in the first instance. If you need further assistance, please reach out to the Suffolk Supply Chain team for help.
