Join us for our Safari Networking and Exhibition as we stop off in the Ipswich/Central area, with an added bonus of Meet the Buyer appointments available with some of Suffolk's Tier One organisations!
What to expect from Safari Networking:
The format is relaxed but slightly structured to ensure you get the best possible experience, enabling you to move around the room and connect with multiple business contacts to get the best value for your time.
You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from our staff, with light refreshments upon arrival and time to network at your leisure.
The exhibition will take place from 9:30am-12:30pm providing the opportunity to explore and free network before and after the Safari Session which begins at 10:00am.
After a short welcome and introduction from Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, the guided safari networking will begin. For the safari networking, you will move around the room three to four times to randomly sorted, pre-allocated, intimate groups, spending around 20 minutes at each table.
A delegate list will be provided prior to the event, should you wish to make any specific connections on the day.
Exhibition viewing only
This event is open to everyone, not just those participating in the Safari Networking session. If you'd like to explore the exhibition and meet the exhibitors, you’ll need to purchase an Exhibition Viewing Only ticket —admission to the exhibition area is free. If you’re booking for Safari Networking, there’s no need to reserve a separate exhibition-only ticket. To join the Safari Networking session, you must purchase a ticket at either the Member or Non-Member rate.

Structured safari networking takes away any daunting feelings you may have towards networking and approaching people for the first time.

What to expect from Meet the Buyer appointments:
Suffolk Supply Chain has brought together some of Suffolk's major developers and tier one organisations, who are keen to engage with the local Suffolk Supply Chain and talk to you about the opportunities coming up to work with them.
With representatives from Barnes Construction, Jackson Civil Engineering, and US Air Force 48th Contracting Squadron, we’re bringing you the perfect opportunity to speak to them one-on-one and find out how you can be a part of their supply chains.
Please note, the buyers have some specific sectors that they are looking to engage with, and spaces are limited, so all appointment requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
