From representing Great Britain as a rifle champion to carving out a successful career in sales, navigating the pressures of a family-run business, and co-founding the award-winning Source One Consulting, Lisa’s path has been marked by determination and tenacity.

In 2021, Lisa faced her most personal challenge yet: a diagnosis of breast cancer. Within weeks, she underwent major surgery — all whilst continuing to steer her business forward, and going on to win the People’s Choice Award for East Anglia at the Family Business of the Year Awards just three years later.

Lisa will be interviewed by our special guest presenter Mark Murphy MBE, a multi award winning BBC journalist and Chief Executive of local charity Cancer Support Suffolk. Hear from Lisa on how she continues to lead with strength and authenticity during personal and professional crises, combining a sharp business mind with a wicked sense of humour and an unwavering commitment to those around her.
