A popular annual colour run continues to go from strength to strength, having smashed last year’s fund-raising total.
Ipswich Colour Run welcomed 500 participants to Christchurch Park on Saturday.
People of all ages were given the chance to take on courses of one, 2.5 or five kilometres while being showered in colourful paint powder.
This year’s event has brought in £25,500 for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.
The total beats last year’s event and will go towards improving patient services at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
